The Brainfit story

I am Carmen Păducel, co-founder of Brainfit, neuro-trainer and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. The Brainfit story started from a deep passion for neuroscience, for the immense potential of our brains and from my desire to help as many people as possible, including myself. I firmly believe that each of us has extraordinary resources that, with the right support, can be activated and cultivated to transform not only the way we think, but also the quality of our lives.

The Road to Neurofeedback

I have studied NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to learn how the human mind works and how we can use this knowledge to help ourselves and those around us to evolve. Out of a desire to try these methods myself, I turned to neurofeedback, a wonderful tool that not only encourages the hidden potential of the brain, but also offers concrete results in overcoming anxiety, depression or other emotional challenges.

Dr. Horațiu Miclea

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the field of psychiatry, Dr. Horațiu Miclea is a dedicated specialist with an outstanding professional career, both in Romania and in France. He obtained the title of specialist psychiatrist at the prestigious Centre Hospitalier Spécialisé de la Savoie in Chambéry, France, and has held senior positions as head physician in various psychiatric wards.

Dr. Miclea brings to the Brainfit team his expertise in cutting-edge techniques such as transcranial stimulation and Neurofeedback, believing that these innovative methods offer effective solutions for disorders such as anxiety, depression or sleep disorders. Neurofeedback, in particular, appeals to him because of its ability to help the brain regain its natural balance without invasive interventions.

With 17 published scientific papers and an internationally recognized research activity, Dr. Miclea is dedicated to improving patients' lives through a holistic approach based on innovation and empathy.

Delia Rus

I am Delia Rus and I have dedicated my life to making a positive impact on others. I am a certified Neuroptimal® Instructor in Romania, Sole Representative of Zengar Institute Inc, in Romania and currently, I work as a Neuroptimal® Advanced Trainer at BrainFit Neurofeedback clinic in Bucharest.

My journey started as head nurse at the Military Hospital in Cluj, and I continued to develop my skills by studying public relations, journalism and project management. Passionate about wellness, I founded the BrainFit Neurofeedback clinic three years ago, bringing Neuroptimal® to Romania. I describe myself as warm, empathetic and persevering, and my motto revolves around seeking, changing and influencing positive transformations in people's lives. As a mother of two children, I deeply value my health and direct my energy towards meaningful activities. My dream is to bring smiles on people's faces through neurofeedback services and teaching Neuroptimal® courses in Romania.
